(3) Customer Service and Dispute Resolution

When you seek assistance, we collect your mobile number, email, instant messaging accounts (e.g., Telegram/Discord ID), and records of text or call correspondence to resolve your queries.

To prevent fraud and cyber attacks, we integrate your user information and transaction data to perform identity verification and risk detection.

(5) Exceptions to Consent

Under the Ordinance, we may collect data without your authorization if it is:

  3. Directly related to criminal investigation or judicial proceedings.
